Once my order has been placed, how long do I have to wait before receiving my package?
As soon as your order is placed, TAI YOU puts everything in place so that you receive your package as quickly as possible. Here are the different steps:
Confirmation of your payment.
- paypal: confirmation the same day of the order.
- bank card: confirmation the day after the order (daily report sent by the bank up to day+1).
- check and cash order: upon receipt of these (therefore a postal delivery time must be allowed).
- bank transfer: confirmation within approximately 2 or 3 days for France and 5 – 7 for abroad.
Order processing
We check that your products are available in stock and then prepare your package. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.
- If the products are available immediately (no shortage): 1 day.
- If products are being restocked (restocking in progress): 7 days on average.
- If a product is pre-ordered, you will have to wait for the product to be received in store for the shipment to take place in one go.
- If a product is out of stock, we will inform you by email of the out of stock and you will then be able to choose between:
- a replacement of the out-of-stock product(s) with other items of an identical total amount (please send us an e-mail with the reference of the product(s) you want). A refund or invoicing will then be issued if necessary.
- make a total or partial refund of out-of-stock products (sending a check or bank transfer).
- request the issue of a reduction voucher for an amount equivalent to the total number of out-of-stock products + 5% compensation. Once the response has been received regarding the rupture (+ verification of the availability of the new product) we will send you your package.
Sending the package via POST
If you reside :
- In mainland France: 2 to 3 working days
- In France Overseas: 4 to 6 working days
- In Europe: 4 to 6 working days
- In the Rest of the world: 10 to 15 working days
