HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
By going to MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS, you will find the tracking number of your order. By using the post office website: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois you can track the location of your package.
MY ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED. WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Has your order been paid for?
Orders are processed from the moment we receive payment for it.
Thus, orders by check and transfer have their products reserved pending receipt of payment. After 14 days, if payment has still not been received, the order is canceled and the products are put back on sale.
Do you have a pre-ordered product in your order?
We invite you to check the contents of your order. If there is a product that is on pre-order, please check the release date of it. We receive the products about 4-7 days after the official release date in Korea. The shipment is therefore done during the week following the release of the product.

If there is no comment, is your order more than 3 business days old (excluding weekends)?
We process orders quite quickly. It is possible that there may sometimes be a slight delay (Christmas period, major album release, etc.). We invite you to contact us if you notice an unusual delay.
MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
The carrier's (post office) delivery time is approximately 48 hours. If this time has not yet passed, we advise you to wait a little. If the postal tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have still not received anything, we advise you first to check whether:
- a delivery notice from the postman was left in your absence.
- a third party may have collected your package in your absence (family, caretaker, neighbor, etc.)
If these checks have not yielded anything, please contact your nearest post office (or collection point) immediately to inquire about the status of the package.
ATTENTION: it often happens that due to clumsiness the address indicated is wrong (error on the street number, wrong spelling of a street ...). please contact your post office urgently and see if it is possible to rectify the address.
If you cannot find your package, you can contact us so that we can make a claim with the post office.
