HOW CAN I KEEP MY ORDER TRACKED?

MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET. WHAT IS GOING ON ?

The order is processed as soon as we receive your payment. For payments by check or transfer, a longer delay is expected. If your payment has been confirmed but your package has not yet been shipped, it is possible that one of the items you ordered is not available. If this shortage is temporary, your order will then go into “waiting for restocking” status. If the delay is longer than a week, we will contact you to see if you wish to wait for product availability, make an exchange or request a refund.

In the event that you find that the processing time is abnormally long (average processing time: 2 to 3 working days once payment is confirmed and if all products are available), please contact us by telephone (01 45 86 23 88 ) or by email

 

MY PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.

The delivery time of the carrier (post office) is approximately 48 hours. If this deadline has not yet passed, we advise you to wait a little. If the post office tracking indicates that your package has been delivered even though we have still not received anything, we advise you first to check if:

 

a postman's notice was left in your absence.

a third person was able to collect your package in your absence (family, concierge, neighbor, etc.)

If these checks yielded nothing, please contact your nearest post office immediately to inquire about the situation of the package.

be careful: it often happens that the address indicated is wrong due to mistake (error on the street number, wrong spelling of a street, etc.). please contact your postal center urgently and see if it is possible to rectify the address.

If you cannot find your package, you can contact us so that we can file a complaint with the post office.

 

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO YOU. WHAT IS GOING ON ?

it is very likely that the carrier was unable to find your address due to an error in the name, number or street name, postal code, etc.

Please check that the name you entered when ordering (via order history) matches your current address. TAI YOU has software that pre-populates delivery information with the data you have provided to us.

 

It is therefore vital that this information is completed carefully and accurately.
