Any modifications or cancellation is possible. To do this, simply contact us either by telephone or by email (see contact). We strongly advise you to call us so that we can confirm your modification or cancellation request directly.

you can modify your order by replacing one product with one or more others. Depending on the amount of the new product(s), the difference will be calculated and TAI YOU will then proceed with a new invoicing (if the new total amount is greater than the original invoice) or a reimbursement (otherwise) in the form of a credit or check.

CANCELATION

you can cancel all or part of your order upon simple request. Please note: in the case of an order that has benefited from free shipping costs (special offer or free shipping of €100), if following the cancellation of part of your order the new total falls below the free shipping bar, the Shipping costs will then be automatically billed to you.
