In all cases, the customer will be able to follow the progress of the delivery of their order from the taiyou.fr website (go to the customer area where the tracking number will be found).
PLEASE NOTE: during delivery, if the recipient is absent, the Post Office will leave a delivery notice to the address indicated by the customer. The package must then be collected from the address and according to the conditions which will be indicated by the Post Office.
If the package is not collected within the time limit set by the Post Office (15 days), the package will be returned to TAI YOU which reserves the right to reimburse the items (shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the customer) .
